For each vintage, Les Vins Aujoux work with winemakers to obtainslight, gourmet and easy to drink wines.

OF QUALITATIVE GRAPE VARIETIES
It’s many families of winemakers from the south of France, in the municipalities of Pouzolles, Paulhan, Boisseron, Cazevielle, Cabrerolles et Saint Jean de Cuculles… who are involved 365 days a year.
Every Moment de Plaisir partners cultivate vines of 25 years on average and respect the quality standart required by Jean-Marc Darbon. So Moment de Plaisir Wines come from a rigorous selection of qualitative grape varieties thanks to a the collaboration between J-M. Darbon and the winemakers.
The Languedoc-Rousillion region, taking advantage of the Mediterranean climate, is perfect for an environmentally friendly vineyard cultivation. These environmental issues become essential. Since the 2022 vintage, our rosé still as clear as our white Exclusive Series, are therefore certified HVE3 (High EnvironmentalValues).
Moment de Plaisir was created under the sign of sharing, conviviality, friendship, while celebrating the present moment and the French art of living.
